Agricultural Industry Facilities

Over the past 10 years, the company has completed a number of installation works at agricultural industry facilities in Ukraine. These include a modern livestock complex and a soybean processing workshop in the Poltava region for the company “Privatagro.” It is also worth mentioning production bases for repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery, seed factories of the company “Rise” in five regions of Ukraine.

In the last 5 years, the construction of grain elevators has become particularly relevant in the agricultural industry. Since 2004, the company established a separate division for the installation of grain elevator structures and equipment. This led to the construction of new elevators, namely:

• a grain elevator with a capacity of 42 thousand tons (2004) and 300 thousand tons (2009) in the town of Stepanivka, Sumy region;
• an elevator with a capacity of 60 thousand tons in Zdolbuniv, Rivne region (2006);
• an elevator with a capacity of 90 thousand tons in Slavuta, Khmelnytskyi region (2009);
• construction of a feed production plant in Dubno, Rivne region (2012-2013);
• construction of a bunker-type seed storage at the hybrid corn and other grain seeds production plant of PJSC “Rise-Maksymko” in Zorya village, Rivne district (2012-2013);
• installation of a corn cob dryer at the hybrid corn and other grain seeds production plant of PJSC “Rise-Maksymko” in Zorya village, Rivne district (2012-2013).

At all elevators, installation of equipment from various suppliers was performed: “GSI”, “Chief”, “Brock”, “Meyer”, “Cimbria”.

Thanks to the experience of our specialists during the installation and commissioning of elevator equipment, the company improves the technology of elevator operations, especially their transport systems (conveyors and grain pipes), which increases their operational reliability and reduces financial costs during construction.

Having its own lifting mechanisms, equipment, and experienced qualified specialists, the company performs comprehensive installation of all structures and equipment of grain elevators and is confident in cooperating on construction of agricultural industry facilities.
