About the Company
LLC firm “Ekorembud” is a construction and installation company specializing in the production of tanks of various volumes and purposes, metal structures of varying complexity, as well as the installation of tanks, metal structures, reinforced concrete structures, equipment, and pipelines for industrial complexes. LLC firm “Ekorembud” began its activities in 1991 and is the same age as independent Ukraine. Every year, we improve and move forward towards our set goals.
During the company’s existence, a material and technical base has been established, which has made it possible to unite highly qualified employees. Their core consists of people with over 10 years of experience in performing the most complex installation work.

Production Base
LLC “Ecorembud” directs significant funds from its budget to the development and modernization of its own production facilities. This enables the company to remain in demand and meet the requirements of the current level of scientific and technological progress (STP). Speaking of STP, the ongoing close cooperation with research institutes, as well as with the E.O. Paton Electric Welding Institute, further confirms the company’s commitment to continuous innovation in its own production.

All manufactured products are certified by UkrSEPRO.
The workshop consists of a production preparation section with a turning and milling department, a mechanical assembly section, a welding section, and a painting section.
The production preparation and welding sections are equipped with the most modern equipment. The thermal cutting table for sheet metal (size 9000×2500 mm) allows cutting with plasma — sheets up to 20 mm thick, and with an oxygen-propane mixture — up to 200 mm thick. The cutting contour can be of various shapes (a maple leaf or a bunch of grapes). Guillotine shears allow cutting metal up to 16 mm thick. The UA1432a press brake with a force of 160 tf enables the production of complex bent profiles from sheet metal up to 10 mm thick and up to 5 m long. Conical rollers allow the production of pipes, air ducts, grain ducts, and containers of various diameters from sheet metal up to 12 mm thick.
The IB-224 conical rollers allow rolling sheet metal up to 28 mm thick for sheet-by-sheet assembly of tanks of various purposes with a capacity of up to 50,000 m3.
The “BOMAR” band saw and combined press shears allow cold cutting and shearing of metal products, punching holes, and angular shearing. The welding equipment includes DC machines for assembling metal structures and Fronius semi-automatic machines for final welding of structures. We have modern welding equipment for the production of composite welded beams, and the use of our unit eliminates the need for additional straightening and corrective work.
The company carries out constant quality control of the produced products. We employ highly qualified workers and engineering and technical staff.
